The Well-Priced Booth is run by Jumpstart Solutions, LLC. Buying from this site means agreeing to what's below. Questions go to support@thewellpricedbooth.com.

What you're buying

Digital files — PDFs and a spreadsheet — delivered by email as download links, plus, if you buy it, a Booth Report we build from information you send us. There is nothing physical and nothing gets shipped.

What you can do with them

Use them in your own booth business, for as long as you like, on as many of your own devices as you like. Print as many copies of the worksheets as you want for your own use.

What you can't do: resell them, give them away, post them publicly, put them in a shared drive or group file section, or sell anything derived from them. One purchase is one vendor. If a friend wants a copy, send them the link rather than the file.

What we don't promise

These are pricing and merchandising tools. They help you decide what to charge, what to buy and what to do with pieces that sit. They are not a promise that pieces will sell, that your sales will rise, that your booth will cover its rent, or that you will make any amount of money. Those depend on your mall, your stock, your shoppers and your own judgement, none of which we control.

Nothing here is financial, tax, legal or business advice. The examples use a made-up booth with stated assumptions; your numbers will differ.

Refunds

14 days, no questions asked, and you keep the files. The full policy is on the refunds page, and it is part of these terms.

Subscriptions

Pricing Clock Monthly renews each month until you cancel. Cancel any time and you keep access through the month you've already paid for.

Things we can change

Prices, and what's in a product, can change. Whatever was true when you bought is what you bought — a later change doesn't take anything away from you. If we change these terms, the date at the top changes with them.

Liability

We do our best to make the arithmetic correct and the advice sound, but you make the decisions about your own booth. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
