Privacy

Short version: we collect what we need to sell you a file and send it to you, we don't sell your information to anyone, and if you want it deleted you email us and we delete it.

What we hold

• Your email address, because that's where your files go.
• What you bought and when. We never see your card number — Stripe takes the payment and tells us only that it worked, plus the last four digits and card brand.
• Download records. When a download link is used we record the time, the IP address and the browser, so we can tell a buyer having trouble from a link being passed around.
• If you buy a Booth Report: the booth details you type in and the sales report file you upload.

What we do with your sales report

This one deserves saying out loud rather than burying. If you send us a sales report for a Booth Report, we use it to build your report — and we also keep it, and study it, to build a tool that does the same job automatically. Every antique mall exports its sales report differently, and the only way to handle that is to have seen a lot of real ones.

We do not publish it, sell it, share it, or name you or your mall anywhere. What we take from it is the shape of the file, not your business. If you'd rather we didn't keep yours, say so when you send it, or email us later, and we'll delete it once your report is built.

Who else touches it

Four companies, each doing one job:

• Stripe — takes the payment. Your card details go to them, not to us.
• Supabase — stores the database and your uploaded files, privately.
• Resend — sends the email with your download links.
• Vercel — runs the website.

Nobody else, and we don't sell or rent your information to anyone, ever.

Marketing email

Buying something gets you that thing and any email needed to deliver it or support it. If we ever send anything else, every message has an unsubscribe link, and using it stops those without affecting your files.

How long we keep it

Order records for as long as we have to for tax and accounting. Everything else until you ask us to delete it.

Getting it back, or deleted

Email support@thewellpricedbooth.com and ask for a copy of what we hold, or for it to be deleted. We'll do it. Deleting your account means your download links stop working, so grab your files first.

Children

This is a business tool and isn't meant for anyone under 18.
